Linda Simcox Watercolorist Linda Simcox has been a member of the Art League of Highlands (North Carolina) since 1988 and is a long time summer resident of Highlands. She attended the Ringling School of Art and has studied with well-known artists such as Tony Couch and Everett Draper. Linda enjoys painting landscapes, seascapes, unique doorways and scenes in Western North Carolina. Her works are displayed in many private collections across the United States.
